Privacy & Cookie Policy
Last updated 6 June 2026. This policy explains how Construct Media Ltd handles your personal data in line with the UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
Who we are
Construct Media Ltd ("we", "us") is a company registered in England, No. 13013391, based in Bath, UK. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at info@constructmedia.co.uk or +44 (0)1225 302 000.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect the details you provide — your name, email address, organisation and project details. We do not collect special-category data. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss potential or ongoing work. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and, where relevant, taking steps to enter into a contract with you.
Form handling
Our contact form is processed by Netlify, our hosting provider, which delivers submissions to us by email. Netlify processes the data on our behalf as a processor. See Netlify's own privacy documentation for details of their handling.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept via our cookie banner — by default, analytics storage is denied (Google Consent Mode v2). If you decline, no analytics cookies are stored. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and for our legitimate business records, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email info@constructmedia.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date above.
