Who we are

What we collect

When you send a brief we receive what you enter: your name, organisation, email address and the project details you give us. We do not ask for special category data, and we do not sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and to discuss and carry out work with you. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and, where it applies, taking steps towards a contract at your request.

Who handles it

Briefs sent through the contact form are received by Formspree, which passes them to us by email. Formspree acts as our processor. The site itself is hosted by Netlify. If you book a call, Calendly handles the booking under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your request and for normal business records, then delete it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. Email info@constructmedia.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
