A major mixed-use campus for Kingston, home to Unilever's UK headquarters alongside 115 new homes including 36 affordable. The scheme is notable for restoring the Hogsmill, a lost river, with natural banks, reed beds and indigenous species. Construct Media supported Darling Associates with a full CGI package across the design and planning journey from 2019 through to completion in 2025.
